Life University in Marietta, GA seeks a Senior Manager of Events and Tours to lead enrollment-focused events and campus visits, driving engagement with prospective students and their families. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Significant experience in event management, enrollment, admissions, recruitment, higher education, hospitality, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex events, programs, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using data and performance metrics to evaluate programs and inform decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive events and tours strategy aligned with enrollment objectives.
• Lead design of prospective student events, campus tours, open houses, and yield programs.
• Create experiences communicating the institution’s programs, student life, and value proposition.
• Oversee end-to-end event logistics, staffing, communications, and guest services.
• Establish annual calendars, budgets, and operational plans for events and tours.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to improve engagement, attendance, and enrollment outcomes.
