You will lead efforts to enhance interdepartmental collaboration, ensure smooth transitions of care, and work toward ambitious conversion and tour-to-admit targets while supporting residents and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on admissions flow and center needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process from lead to census, ensuring timely follow-up and achieving census and payer goals.
• Cultivate relationships with referral sources and manage community marketing to raise center visibility.
• Lead brand management including website and social media to maintain a positive online presence and improve Google ratings.
