Genesis Rehab Services seeks an Admissions Director to oversee the patient admissions cycle, manage referral sources, and drive payer and census goals. The role focuses on timely referrals, brand stewardship, and community engagement to elevate the nursing center’s visibility and reputation.

The position requires leadership in care transitions, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and a data-driven approach to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process and lead referral response times.
• Expand patient referral sources and manage payer goals.
• Improve community engagement and brand reputation across channels.
• Coordinate inter-disciplinary collaboration and transition-of-care processes.
• Aim to convert referrals to admissions efficiently and improve tour-to-admit ratios.
