Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. in Salt Lake City seeks an ADA Leave and Accommodation Management Specialist to own the interactive process for accommodations across a multi-state healthcare organization.

You will coordinate leave and accommodation programs, partner with HR and operations, and ensure compliant, timely decisions. The role requires 3+ years in ADA/leave management, a bachelor’s degree, and experience with case management systems (e.g., Workday Absence).

Qualifications

• Three+ years of ADA accommodations or leave management experience.
• Experience documenting the interactive process (ADA, PWFA, FMLA).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of accommodation requests, including intake, case review, and resolution.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, HR, and providers to ensure compliant accommodations.
• Maintain confidential case records and monitor progress for timely decisions.
