Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to support retention, upsell, and cross-platform expansion opportunities.
• Translate client objectives into actionable media recommendations; coordinate with Media Planning to build proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Media Planning to develop KPI-driven proposals and RFP responses.
• Partner with Campaign Management and Media Planning to monitor campaign health and identify growth opportunities.
• Serve as primary escalation point to the client for presale and post-sale stages.
