Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to support retention, upsell, and cross-platform expansion opportunities.
• Translate client objectives into media recommendations and build media proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Media Planning teams to develop competitive, KPI-driven linear, digital media proposals and RFP responses.
• Partner with Campaign Management and Media Planning to understand campaign health and identify opportunities for client growth & retention.
• Serve as primary escalation point to the client for presale and retain and grow stages.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records within Salesforce throughout the sales and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Responsible for acquiring contracts or insertion orders from clients to document client approvals
• Process and document insertion orders (IOs), contracts, contacts, and campaign details within booked opportunities.
• Prepare handoff of agency insertion orders and campaign details to Campaign Management for order stewardship.
• Ensure data integrity and operational compliance across all advertising solution types.
