Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group is actively seeking a Program Manager to guide a multidisciplinary team supporting the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services. The role focuses on program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management in a fast-paced federal environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of program management, a TS/SCI clearance, and PMP or PgMP certification, with experience managing large delivery teams and cross‑functional priorities across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 10+ years of program management experience.
• 10+ years supporting federal clients (GSA or similar).
• US Citizen with active TS/SCI eligibility.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience leading programs in federal civilian agencies or DoD.
• Experience managing a delivery team of 100+ personnel.
• Ability to work with contracting, data/technology teams, and leaders to translate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery across all task areas, ensuring delivery on quality, schedule, and cost.
• Serve as primary contractor contact for Government leadership.
• Translate priorities into clear work plans, milestones, staffing decisions, and outcomes.
• Build and mentor a strong team of staff and partners.
• Combine acquisition, data, technology, and org expertise to solve cross‑functional problems.
• Improve workflows using technology, automation, or analytics.
• Apply analytics and approved AI capabilities to improve workflows and decision‑making.
• Lead change management to embed new processes and tools.
