Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or other applicable field required.
• 10+ years supervisory experience in Bank Operations.
• 5+ years ACH Processing experience.
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations of all support functions to ensure efficiency and compliance across customer support, operations, risk and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and manage the overall operational strategy for the business unit; evaluate workflows and drive efficiencies.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team; provide guidance to managers and coordinate with HR on employee development.
