Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking an ACH Manager to lead strategic and day-to-day ACH operations, including originations and risk management. The role supports both consumer and commercial customers, driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.

A leadership focus includes coaching, mentoring and developing management and staff within the ACH function. The position offers remote work within the Fulton footprint (DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA) with the ability to be onsite in Mount Laurel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience.
• 10+ years Supervisory experience in Bank Operations.
• 5+ years ACH Processing.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations of all support functions to ensure maximum operating efficiency and effectiveness including customer support, operations, risk and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and manage the overall operational strategy for the business unit and evaluate workflow for increased efficiencies.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, lead and manage a high performing team and collaborate with Human Resources on employee matters.
