Fulton Bank seeks a strategic Operations Leader to direct ACH processing, risk management, and daily support functions across a multi-state footprint. You will drive process improvements, oversee compliance, and balance priorities with technology solutions to deliver quality service to consumer and commercial customers.

You will coach and develop managers and staff, aligning policies with regulatory requirements while promoting engagement and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
• 10+ years supervisory experience in bank operations.
• 5+ years ACH processing experience.
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct operations of all support functions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop, implement and manage the overall operational strategy for the business unit.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high performing team to grow the business and improve customer experience.
