Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking an ACH Manager to lead strategic and day-to-day ACH operations, including originations, exceptions/risk management, and process improvement.

The role supports consumer and commercial customers and requires onsite presence at Mount Laurel, NJ while allowing remote work within the Fulton footprint. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of supervisory bank operations experience, 5+ years in ACH processing, and an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or other applicable field.
• 10+ years supervisory experience in Bank Operations.
• 5+ years ACH Processing.

Aufgaben

• Direct operations of all support functions to ensure maximum operating efficiency and effectiveness including customer support, operations, risk and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and manage the overall operational strategy for the business unit and evaluate workflow for opportunities to increase efficiencies.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, lead and manage a high performing team and collaborate with Human Resources on employee matters.
