Job summary

Durex Industries seeks an Associate Strategic Account Representative to enhance customer experience and support front-line leadership. You will engage with customers, process orders, and help drive sales fulfillment and accurate data across portals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills to maintain high service levels and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with order processing and quoting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned accounts through timely, effective communication with stakeholders.
• Process customer transactions including order entry, shipping dates, routing data, and RMAs.
• Assist with portal interface or reporting requirements (open orders, on-time delivery, scorecards).
• Handle pre-order tasks like new quotes and price verifications on expired pricing.
• Maintain customer price lists with estimating and management liaison.
• Follow up on quotations with customers or sales reps; log data per procedure.
• Provide customer intelligence to sales/management to strengthen relationships.
• Assist intercompany departments (Accounts Receivable/collections).
• Train on ARS responsibilities to provide support as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
