Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist – Strategic Accounts in the United States. You will deliver exceptional service, manage complex orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant fulfillment for strategic customers.

Responsibilities include handling export documentation, providing specialized support for EDI and third-party portals, and driving operational excellence to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B customer service, order management, or related roles.
• Experience with EDI transactions and third-party portals.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., JDE, Salesforce).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic accounts, providing proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Process export documentation in partnership with International, Compliance, and Logistics teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, IT, and partners to resolve order and fulfillment issues.
• Support customers using EDI platforms and third-party portals; ensure data integrity.
