Job description

My client has asked us to assist in finding a Project Manager for a full time opening within their organization. Working directly alongside the executive team, this role owns the health and growth of our most important accounts — driving performance against defined KPIs while managing the day-to-day activity that keeps clients successful. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional position that bridges business relationship management and hands-on technical coordination. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in an executive review discussing account metrics and in a working session gathering and documenting requirements for a technology deployment. Experience in either the technology or construction sectors is required; experience in both is a distinct advantage given our focus on serving commercial contractors and field-services organizations.

  • Partner directly with the executive team to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for enterprise accounts.
  • Own the day-to-day relationship and operational cadence for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring commitments are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation path, building durable, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver account reviews, status updates, and performance summaries for both internal leadership and client audiences.
Requirements Gathering & Technology Deployment
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for technology deployments spanning IT services and software development.
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements documentation that engineering, deployment, and development teams can execute against.
  • Coordinate across internal technical teams to ensure deployments are scoped accurately, delivered on schedule, and aligned to client expectations.
  • Track deliverables and milestones, proactively flagging risks and driving them to resolution.
Growth & Value Delivery
  • Identify opportunities to expand the value my client delivers within existing accounts, in partnership with leadership.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience that reinforces company reputation for polished, professional delivery.
Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the technology or construction sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and account performance against measurable goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear requirements documentation and client-ready materials.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work directly and credibly with executive leadership and senior client stakeholders.
Preferred
  • Experience across both the technology and construction spaces
  • Familiarity with IT managed services, wireless services, and/or custom software and AI solutions.
  • Experience coordinating technology deployments or software development projects.
