Bridgeway Academy & Therapy Center is seeking an Accounts Payable & Purchasing Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio. The role focuses on accurate AP processing, overseeing purchasing, inventory management, and supply distribution for the organization.

You will manage vendor relationships, process invoices and payments, order supplies, and ensure inventory levels align with organizational needs while maintaining internal controls and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or related administrative roles.
• Experience processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconcile statements.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, receipts, and documentation.
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, wire transfers, and other approved methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
• Monitor accounts payable aging to ensure timely payments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and audits.
