Job summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Account Manager to support the growth and retention of our commercial customer base in the Dallas area. This role manages strategic existing accounts while driving new business acquisition within assigned markets and delivers consultative solutions across Vyve's connectivity, UCaaS, and managed services.

The position requires independence, strong communication, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, account management, or related experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Vyve's largest and most strategic business customers.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
• Present Vyve's services (connectivity, UCaaS, managed services) to customers.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and sales activity in CRM systems.
