Job Description

As a Strategic Accounts Manager, Single Family Builders for our Therma-Tru, Larson, and Fypon brands, you will drive growth and profit by managing interfaces with key accounts of our National Builders.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing national accounts in building materials, developing business strategies, building builder relationships, and creating professional PowerPoint presentations.

Location: This role is remote. Candidates must reside within the Eastern half of the United States, preferably near a major airport.

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage national builder accounts in the eastern US.
  • Implement account strategies and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other account managers and sales teams.
  • Develop pricing and programs with leadership.
  • Maximize growth and profitability of the builder program.
  • Lead contract negotiations with national builder accounts.
  • Develop and communicate account plans.
  • Represent brands at industry associations and conferences.
  • Engage in challenging conversations with customers, such as price negotiations.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years managing national accounts in building products.
  • Understanding of market forces affecting builders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Experience in account management and planning.
  • Ability to generate and negotiate pull-thru programs and manage builder relationships.
  • Proven sales growth and results.
Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
Additional Information

Salary range: $105,000 - $125,000 USD, with bonuses or incentives. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), product discounts, flexible time off, inclusive benefits, and ERGs.
