Job summary

F. Walther Electric Corp in Central New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Key Account Coordinator to support the Key Account Manager, maintain strategic client relationships, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day order‑to‑cash operations across the U.S.

You will coordinate with project management, production, logistics, and warehouse teams, manage ERP records, and help execute account plans to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Competitive base salary with incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite).
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day order-to-cash operations ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Provide admin and operational support to office and warehouse teams.
• Perform clerical tasks including data entry and filing.
• Coordinate with project management, production, logistics, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery to multiple US sites.
• Liaise with internal teams and logistics providers to manage shipping schedules.
• Assist with shipment prep and documentation.
• Enter orders into ERP and maintain data integrity.
• Attend vendor coordination meetings and back up the Key Account Manager.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
