Yaskawa America, Inc. - Drives & Motion Division in the U.S. seeks a Strategic Account Representative for our Semiconductor OEM business in a hybrid role.

You will coordinate with demand planning and supply chain management, work with engineering, and communicate with customers to expedite orders and manage forecasts. The ideal candidate will have a business degree or equivalent, knowledge of SAP, and strong negotiation and communication skills to support sales of electrical and mechanical

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business or equivalent experience in supply chain handling complex product issues and demanding customer facing experience.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and semiconductor industry.
• Technical orientation to support sales of electrical and mechanical products.
• Strong communication and negotiation with internal and external teams globally.

Aufgaben

• Monitor customer requests dates and forecasts with demand planning and supply chain management.
• Coordinate shipping needs (air/sea) and create customs invoices and labels.
• Represent Inside Sales in production planning meetings and assist demand-planning efforts.
• Collaborate with Yaskawa Japan on orders, forecasts, changes and expedite requests.
• Maintain relationships with outside sales to capture current and new business.
