Job summary

Cencora Senior Strategic Accounts Specialist position supports distribution services from a remote Idaho location, overseeing day-to-day relationships with strategic accounts and coordinating with MWI/MVH management. Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in customer service operations, case management, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; Word and Outlook competency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with analytical thinking.
• Veterinary clinic experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationship and communication with strategic accounts via phone, email, and fax.
• Process damaged shipments, product returns, and credits reconciliation.
• Generate customized weekly reports and ad hoc requests per customer specifications.
• Investigate customer issues and escalate to management with recommended solutions.
• Maintain customer interaction records in CRM system and manage COUPA order inbox.
