Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical-related field.
• At least 4 years of account management or sales experience.
• Experience delivering technical presentations to various group sizes.
• Exposure to and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share by applying sales plans and policies aligned to corporate objectives; retain business and drive profitability.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and launch new accounts; pursue save opportunities to prevent loss.
• Develop and manage account programs; track performance and prepare reports for management.
