Tradesmen International is seeking a full-time Strategic Account Executive (“SAE”) to play a critical role in building relationships with significant Oil and Gas clients. The SAE will be responsible for developing, promoting, and managing sales activity across all sectors of the Oil and Gas Industry, including Drilling and Production, Operations and Treatment, Pipelines and Transmission, Gas Plants, Meter and Pump Stations, Terminals and Tank Storage, Refined Products, LNG, Carbon Capture and Storage, Maintenance Outages, Turnarounds, and Long Term Service Agreements, in accordance with company strategies.
Responsibilities include:
Create and grow sales by meeting with key decision makers and managing key accounts.
Build and sustain strong long-term client relationships.
Perform limited administrative functions critical to the sales process.
Job Requirements:
The SAE must be able to work in a high-energy team environment, be self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a proven track record. A "team player" attitude is expected. Candidates passionate about sales and commission-driven tend to excel and top income charts.
Exemplary sales experience in a B2B environment.
Proven work experience as a National or Key Account Manager.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred, or 5+ years of industry experience.
Standard computer skills – experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalents.
Experience and success using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
This is a remote, field-based sales position.
Expected travel: up to 50%.
