MSC Industrial Supply Co. in Aurora, IL is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to drive sales growth and manage select key account locations with portfolios over $250K. You will develop strategic plans and build executive relationships to deliver measurable value.

You will engage across Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement, driving cost savings initiatives and ensuring adoption of MSC solutions, while maintaining strong site-level engagement and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years sales and marketing success, incl. 2+ years in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Proven track record of selling profitable solutions and meeting sales plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building across levels.
• Ability to read customer financial statements to support recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Sell, manage and retain portfolios over $250K revenue.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Identify churn indicators and intervene to safeguard retention.
• Negotiate and renew agreements to optimize value.
• Conduct CIRs and present measurable savings.
