Job summary

Deepgram is seeking Forward-Deployed Engineers to embed with strategic restaurant accounts, delivering production-scale voice AI integrations and tooling. You will build end-to-end solutions that connect the platform to customer systems, including POS, loyalty, and data platforms, while maintaining high standards for latency and accuracy.

You will work closely with customers and Deepgram researchers to tailor deployments, ensure success, and push the platform forward.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend systems in production.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and API design.
• Ability to ship production-grade integrations across complex environments.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production-ready integrations, tooling, and services.
• Design, develop, and maintain production-scale integrations with customer systems.
• Spend time on-site with customer teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize deployments for latency and reliability.
• Collaborate with research/product teams to advance platform capabilities.
