Job summary

Commercial Metals Company seeks a National Accounts Director - EPCs to drive enterprise account strategy for major EPC customers and engineering-led delivery teams in the U.S. You’ll shape project opportunities early, coordinate cross-functional resources, and position CMC as a coordinated partner rather than a single-product supplier.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ business development or account management experience in related services.
• Proven strategic sales, national accounts, EPC engagement, and project development experience.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise account strategy for EPC customers and engineering-led delivery.
• Develop account plans defining priorities, pipeline, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement to support customer needs at the right project stage.
• Position CMC as a coordinated enterprise partner for large projects and multi-product opportunities.
• Deliver monthly account updates on pipeline, risks, and required internal support.
