Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking an Account Director to join the Sales & Marketing team in the United States. You will scope maintenance and capital projects, own vendor relationships, and drive new business opportunities through detailed quotes and proactive client engagement.

You’ll manage client portfolios, perform job walks, and maintain CRM data with accuracy. A background in MEP construction or related industries is required, with strong Excel/CMMS skills and blueprint reading ability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in MEP construction, engineering, or industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and market information.
• Proven track record of results and accountability.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Advanced Excel skills and CMMS quote development experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed quotes focusing on assigned sectors and clients.
• Own a portfolio of clients; respond to inbound quotes and perform job walks.
• Manage deals and client interactions with accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate in EOS environment and be a proactive self-starter.
• Analyze documents, blueprints, and project plans for scope.
• Update proposals with scope changes, RFIs, addendums, etc.
• Manage vendor bids and develop relationships with vendors.
• Upload vendor copies and POs into CMMS.
• Enter quality work order data into CMMS with detail.
• Track market trends, cost data, and vendor performance.
• Support outside sales with quotes, walks, and scoping.
• Attend Sales & Marketing meetings and act as a leader.
• Communicate clearly with Cornerstone partners, customers, vendors.
• Maintain accurate records per procedures; stay aligned with EOS.
