Qualifications

• 2-3 years of LTL Customer Service experience.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Associate’s Degree in a business related field preferred.
• Excellent attendance and the ability to work the same shift each day.
• Problem solving ability.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Professional demeanor.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook) and Excel, willingness to learn company systems.
• Base EDI knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers.
• Provide a personalized customer experience.
• Echo the message and tone of Sales to maintain consistency with the customer.
• Pro-active account monitoring and reporting.
• In-depth analysis of customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• End-to-end ownership with root cause analysis to drive resolution.
• Communicate account health to Sales.
• Support opportunities for growth with Sales.
• Perform scorecard review/analysis where applicable.
