Vista Higher Learning, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to lead AP, AR, billing, and collections, ensuring timely payments and strong internal controls.

The role focuses on end-to-end procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, with automation and system improvements including NetSuite deployment. You will manage teams, drive efficiency, and partner across Finance and other functions to strengthen controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with AP/AR/billing, collections, and operations.
• 3+ years of management experience leading accounting professionals.
• Experience managing transactional accounting teams in a growth environment.
• Demonstrated experience with process-improvement, system implementation, or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP and AR teams, including performance management and staff development.
• Oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay and order-to-cash operations.
• Manage vendor payments, invoicing, collections, cash application, and billing.
• Drive process improvement and automation, including Ramp optimization.
• Partner with Finance on NetSuite deployments and cross-functional workflow improvements.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance; support audits.
• Develop operational reporting and metrics for AP/AR, cash flow, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Procurement to optimize processes.
