Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies seeks a Manager, Accounting Systems and Operations to own and improve our accounting platforms and data. You will translate needs into system requirements, lead projects, and partner with IT and accounting leaders to improve reporting, controls, and automation.

You will guide implementations, ensure data quality, and drive user adoption across Vista, Viewpoint, and related apps. CPA/CMA/PMP preferred. This role supports growth and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in accounting operations or related field.
• Experience leading accounting system implementations and integrations.
• CPA, CMA, or PMP preferred.
• Experience with Vista or Viewpoint ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional use of accounting systems, data, and processes.
• Translate business needs into requirements and priorities for tech teams.
• Maintain roadmap for system improvements, reporting, and automation.
• Lead accounting system implementations, enhancements, and testing.
• Oversee reporting, data quality, controls, and user adoption.
• Support integrations and resolve system issues across apps.
• Develop training resources and internal control documentation.
