Qualifications

• 7+ years accounting experience with supervisory responsibility in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices.
• Experience with SOX compliance and risk mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Access is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise associates including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes.
• Perform complex reconciliations and analyses.
• Direct activities of GL, vendor billing, cash reconciliation, fixed assets, and capital expenditures.
• Recommend process improvements and optimize resource use.
• Lead teams through change while maintaining internal controls.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and support auditors as needed.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and schedules.
