Job summary

The Manager, Corporate Accounting will lead day-to-day accounting activities, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, and manage close processes for monthly, quarterly, and year-end cycles. You will develop and coach a team to manage risk and deliver accurate financial results.

Responsibilities include audits coordination, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with internal customers. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential, with CPA preferred and 8–10 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• CPA preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least three years in public accounting and/or with a large public company.
• Strong technical accounting skills including knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee close processes (monthly, quarterly, year-end) and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP across accounting activities.
• Assist with interim and year-end audits; prepare schedules.
• Develop and coach a team of associates to manage risk and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline processes, and drive best practices.
• Guide direct reports' performance and provide training as needed.
• Maintain organized records and confidential information.
