The Recruiting Hive seeks an experienced accounting leader to supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, perform thorough reconciliations, and support internal financial reporting. You will oversee GL, vendor billing, cash reconciliation, fixed assets, and capex accounting while ensuring internal controls and SOX compliance.

You will lead a team through change, perform financial analyses, and prepare schedules for auditors.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience in a high-volume transaction environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and applicable accounting principles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Supervise associates with staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and issue resolution.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes.
• Perform and review complex account reconciliations and analyses.
• Direct general ledger, vendor billing, cash reconciliation, fixed assets, and capital expenditure accounting teams.
• Provide strategic process-improvement recommendations and lead teams through change.
• Maintain integrity of the general ledger and ensure internal controls are followed.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support internal/external audits.
