Job summary

Webb Heating & Air Conditioning, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking an Accounting Manager in North Carolina. The role oversees accounting functions, financial reporting, month-end close, job costing, payroll support, reconciliations, fleet administration, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 2+ years leadership/management experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timely reporting.
• Oversee job costing, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
• Analyze profitability by department, service line, and project.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and variance analyses for leadership.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve profitability.
