Qualifications

• 6+ years of public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate taxation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of core processes.
• Exceptional written communication and documentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance, Strategy & Governance: oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance; manage tax calendar and notices; coordinate with advisors.
• Technical Accounting & Advisory: provide technical accounting guidance; research complex transactions; prepare memos; partner with auditors and leadership.
• Process Improvement & Special Projects: identify and lead improvements; partner with Finance/Technology on systems; support transformation initiatives.
