Job summary

Envirolink inc in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Accounting Manager to own day-to-day accounting operations and partner with finance leadership as a trusted strategic advisor. The role is created to support the next growth phase and to shape the function from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and the ability to develop scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with day-to-day accounting and scalable processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
• Assist with revenue recognition, contract review, and related accounting considerations.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve financial visibility and reporting accuracy.
• Assist in developing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Maintain fixed asset records and support CAPEX tracking.
• Prepare analytical reports to support business decisions.
