Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years progressively responsible accounting experience (manufacturing)
• 4+ years public accounting experience, Big 4 a plus
• 2+ years supervisory experience in accounting

Responsibilities

• Transform the accounting leadership of a high-growth company, shaping strategy and execution.
• Oversee Accounting Operations, General Ledger, Fixed Asset Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Lead 40+ accounting and finance professionals; develop talent and succession plans.
• Join regional and global leadership to implement roadmaps around people, process and technology.
• Ensure timely, accurate accounting records, IFRS reporting, policies and controls.
• Oversee audits and the system of internal controls; drive continuous improvement in processes and tech.
