Job summary

Health Admins in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to lead a growing, multi‑entity accounting function. The role partners with the Controller to drive close processes, audit readiness, tax compliance, and financial due diligence in a fast‑moving environment.

You will also oversee billing, escrow, and TPA client accounting while scaling the team. The ideal candidate holds a public accounting pedigree, deep technical accounting knowledge, and leadership experience managing a team

Qualifications

• Big 4 public accounting experience required.
• Total accounting experience of 10+ years including post‑public industry work.
• Experience managing multi‑entity month‑end close across entities.
• Experience with financial due diligence or post‑acquisition accounting integration.
• Experience coordinating external audits with PBC schedules.
• Experience with multi‑entity tax compliance.
• Experience in billing, collections, or escrow management at scale.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with ERP systems listed above.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑entity month‑end close across all entities with GAAP alignment.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance; support M&A lifecycle.
• Act as accounting representative in system integration and ERP projects.
• Coordinate multi‑entity tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee billing, collections, and escrow operations in finance.
• Maintain records for Health Admins' TPA customers and clients.
• Build and develop an accounting team to support growth.
