Job summary

Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the month-end close, budgeting, and project accounting. You will manage AP/AR and payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely financials and support government-funded work audit readiness.

You will work directly with the Controller to lead process and system changes, documenting workflows and maintaining control frameworks in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Comfort with GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with financial close processes.
• Proficiency with ERP and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close, budget, and project accounting.
• Provide Controller support on special projects and system changes.
• Document accounting workflows and key decision rationales.
• Spot gaps and risks early and escalate when needed.
