Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Six or more years of accounting experience required.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of engagements with accounting expertise across the finance function.
• Perform trial balance reconciliations and ledger entries.
• Understand client systems and describe major functions performed.
• Lead discovery meetings and identify client objectives and deliverables.
• Recommend accounting policy and financial management improvements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage project timelines.
