Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Accounting Experienced Manager, Special Projects to lead cross-entity accounting initiatives, including consolidations, intercompany affairs, and ERP/process improvements. You will collaborate with corporate accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and internal audit to ensure GAAP/IFRS-compliant reporting and strong controls.

The role drives process automation, supports audits, and develops KPI reporting for project status and close quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Eight or more years in accounting/finance, required.
• Five or more years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead special accounting projects across subsidiaries.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations and equity roll forwards.
• Prepare complex journal entries and reconciliations for close.
