Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc. in Manchester, PA (with locations in Omaha, NE and Clearwater, FL) seeks a Network Supply Chain Analyst to own data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and vendor performance across the distribution network.

You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights for P&L and DC/FC operations, collaborating with CI and site leadership while guiding senior stakeholders with clear data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in supply chain analytics, financial analysis, or network operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query) and Excel/Access; automated reporting preferred.
• Ability to translate data into executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of network data and financial forecasting.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for DCs and FCs.
• Serve as liaison between operations and leadership on data-driven goals.
