Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience creating and maintaining successful customer relationships.
• Healthcare background a plus.
• Sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned clients.
• Use independent judgment and discretion in account matters.
• Resolve client inquiries and document outcomes.
• Retain and grow book of business by meeting customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
