Job summary

ComPsych, the worldwide leader in organizational mental health and absence management, seeks an experienced Account Manager for the Absence Customer Success and Partnerships team. The role will proactively manage a book of business within ComPsych’s partnerships; ensure flawless service delivery and maximize upsell opportunities.

This individual reports to the Customer Success Leader, Partnerships, and collaborates with the entire department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 2+ years in account management in a regulated industry.
• Experience with strategic account management for large/complex accounts.
• Experience supporting partnership, broker, consultant, or channel relationships.
• Proven ability to upsell additional service lines to customers.
• Willingness to travel ~25% for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own satisfaction, retention, and growth for accounts within partnerships.
• Meet client retention and growth goals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop and manage client relationships and position value propositions.
• Provide project management and training to new accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Prepare utilization and trend reports and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Sales.
