• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned clients.
• Use independent judgement when handling matters related to accounts.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and customer service skills with clients.
• Retain and grow book by meeting satisfaction ratings and upselling opportunities.
• Advocate the benefits of ComPsych’s products and services.
• Deliver programs including communication strategies, training, issue resolution and utilization reporting.
• Create account planning with Director, Account Services.
• Collaborate with customers on delivery of products and services.
