Your Job

The Regulated Consumer Product (RCP) Business Unit is seeking a Strategic Account Specialist to support our RCP Customers in North America. This individual will work with customers, engineering teams, production teams, and other internal groups to improve the customer relationship management process, including sustaining engineering related to continuous improvement.

This is a remote eligible position with a preference for candidates out of midwestern WI to support operations.

As a contract design and manufacturing organization (CDMO), we work closely with our customers to deliver proven, highly engineered products that help millions live healthier, more productive lives. Our products include autoinjectors and pens for delivering insulin, GLP1, epinephrine, and other life-saving treatments; advanced wearable injection pumps; point-of-care and at-home diagnostic tests; electrophysiology technology; and continuous glucose monitoring systems. Our team at Hudson, WI comprises roughly 300 employees supporting Production, Engineering, Quality, Molding & Tooling departments.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the primary contact for key RCP customers, coordinating internal activities and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Organize quarterly business reviews
  • Track and report tooling conditions for assigned customers/projects
  • Manage pricing and project hopper processes
  • Monitor, control, and communicate overall program costs, timing, and deliverables
  • Ensure resources are adequately allocated from both Phillips-Medisize and the customer's perspective
  • Coordinate and manage proposals for additional services
  • Participate in business development activities such as supply agreements, long-term agreements, cost reduction and sharing requests, pricing negotiations, and account reviews
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of key account customer service or account management experience
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Knowledge of customer, Molex process, product development, contract manufacturing, and related processes
  • Experience managing customer relationships and handling difficult conversations
  • Track record in developing, implementing, and achieving customer projects
  • Understanding and adherence to commercial contracts
  • Strong business acumen to make decisions that enhance financial and operational performance

This position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship. To comply with U.S. export laws, applicants must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible for an export license under applicable regulations.

Estimated annual pay ranges from $65,000 to $100,000, with eligibility for variable pay such as bonuses. The application window closes on 6/15/25.
