Your Job

The Regulated Consumer Product (RCP) Business Unit is seeking a Strategic Account Specialist to support our RCP Customers in North America. This individual will work with customers, engineering teams, production teams, and other internal groups to improve the customer relationship management process, including sustaining engineering related to continuous improvement.

This is a remote eligible position with a preference out of midwestern WI to support operations.

What You Will Do
  1. Serve as the primary contact for key RCP customers, coordinating internal activities and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  2. Organize quarterly business reviews.
  3. Track and report tooling conditions for assigned customers/projects.
  4. Manage pricing and project hopper processes.
  5. Monitor, control, and communicate overall program costs, timing, and deliverables.
  6. Ensure resources are appropriately allocated from both Phillips-Medisize and customer perspectives.
  7. Coordinate and manage proposals for additional services.
  8. Participate in business development activities such as supply agreements, cost reduction requests, and negotiations.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of key account customer service or account management experience.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Knowledge of customer, Molex process, product development, and contract manufacturing processes.
  • Experience navigating customer relationships and handling difficult conversations.
  • Proven track record in developing and achieving customer projects.
  • Understanding of and adherence to commercial contracts.
  • Strong business acumen to make decisions that enhance financial and operational performance.

This position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship. Applicants must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible for an export license under U.S. export laws.

The anticipated salary range is $65,000 - $100,000 per year, with eligibility for variable pay such as bonuses.
