Strategic Account Sales Manager (Finance)
Amphenol aims to be an industry leader in sales and profits within our sector. This role acts as a liaison between sales, product, and leadership, managing sales strategies by market and customer. The manager must understand the sales pipeline, create forecasts, and collaborate with the outside sales team and channel partners to grow new business. Attendance at tradeshows and events is expected to identify market opportunities and align sales strategies. Success will be measured by sales activity, revenue, profit, and alignment with company strategy.
Seattle/Northwest Region (Fully Remote)
Effective communication, team support, market competitiveness, proficiency with Mac and Windows, CRM systems, and data analysis tools like Excel are essential. Physical ability to move 60 pounds, sit, stand, and focus on detailed work for extended periods is required. Emotional intelligence and stress management skills are also important.
This role may be remote but requires extensive domestic and international travel.
Exempt status with a base pay range of $95,000-$105,000/year, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, flexible schedules, and more.
