Job summary

Wendover Art Group is seeking an exceptional Account / Project Manager to operate at two levels—strategic business thinking and meticulous execution. This role blends customer growth with profitability analysis, requiring comfort with data, schedules, and cross-functional coordination.

You will work across customer, product, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and finance to drive growth, margin, and on-time delivery, balancing strategic goals with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic background
• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role
• Ability to solve problems with imperfect information and ambiguity
• Strategic perspective to create positive long-term outcomes while balancing short term needs of the customer
• A commitment to excellence and a passion for doing things right all the time
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under multiple competing deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and manage a consistently heavy workload with precision
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Expert in email management

Responsibilities

• Build the business by understanding our customers and their business models, decision makers, priorities, profitability, and growth opportunities, and translate that knowledge into action.
• Own the relationship by building trusted relationships, anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating a customer experience defined by proactive, no-surprises communication.
• Master the product and operation by understanding capabilities, materials, construction methods, production processes, lead times, quality standards, and cost implications.
• Drive execution by owning complex projects from customer need through production and delivery.
• Think analytically by understanding budget, margin, pricing, profitability, and the financial implications of decisions.
• Connect the business by bringing together Sales, Operations, Scheduling & Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Accounting, and Logistics.
• Continuously improve by identifying bottlenecks, challenging processes, and finding smarter, faster, more profitable ways to operate.
