The Project Manager will track schedules, manage open actions, communicate customer requirements, and maintain visibility on project status, risks, and delivery commitments, enabling on‑time, quality outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or related role.
• Experience coordinating schedules, open action items, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or project tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day coordination of key account projects across multiple functions.
• Own day‑to‑day execution from quotation through production, inspection, shipment, and closeout.
• Track milestones, action items, timing commitments, and delivery status.
• Serve as a key contact to keep internal and external teams aligned.
• Gather inputs for quotations and lead time, costs, and required docs.
• Lead project kickoffs to align scope, requirements, milestones, and escalation paths.
• Identify risks, schedule gaps, and quality concerns and escalate promptly.
• Maintain accurate project records, including meeting notes and schedules.
• Provide regular status updates to Program Manager and stakeholders.
• Assist with validation activities, inspections, and shipment paperwork.
• Monitor demand and capacity by supplier and product family; support supplier development.
• Contribute to process improvements for project execution and cross‑functional alignment.
• Up to 35% travel as required.
