Job Description - Strategic Account Manager - Higher Education (Remote) (332047)

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. The company markets products under several brands, serving environments from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and analyze new strategic account opportunities that create value and offer long-term growth potential.
  2. Manage assigned strategic account portfolio and develop growth strategies that differentiate the company and drive commercial expansion.
  3. Prepare, structure, and negotiate new business proposals, ensuring contractual compliance within the business operating system.
  4. Engage with all stakeholder communities involved in each strategic account's success.
  5. Communicate strategic alignment and contractual adherence to the broader sales organization.
  6. Collaborate internally to ensure company engagement for each strategic account.
  7. Report progress on business development milestones and portfolio growth to management.
  8. Participate in meetings to promote strategic capabilities and increase contract uptake.
  9. Develop and deliver strategic and executive-level presentations.
  10. Achieve financial metrics aligned with the annual operating plan on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  11. Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM regarding pipeline, contacts, and activities.
  12. Complete all reporting and forecasting requirements monthly.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development and strategic relationships or relevant roles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Compensation and Benefits:

Includes competitive base pay, benefits such as health insurance, dental, vision, mental health resources, flexible spending and savings accounts, retirement plans, and insurance programs. The pay range is $57,600 - $107,000 annually, based on experience and market factors.
